Order Cancellations
No cancellations or order changes will be accepted after 9 hours from the time your order was placed.
Returns
If there is a problem with anything, we will do our best to rectify the issue. Cases of faulty ECUs occur occasionally. Replacement of faulty ECU’s will be handled on a case-by-case basis, under the discretion of 06A Technik.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customerservice@06atechnik.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with the information you'll need to return the product for investigation. You can send the item you consider defective to us an upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 06A Technik.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

06A Technik is dedicated to customer satisfaction. However, we cannot issue refunds for our services. Products are sold as-is and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
